
WSI Announces Acquisition of Enterprise Electronics Corporation
Purchase of leading Doppler radar company enhances WSI’s capabilities to provide advanced solutions for disruptive weather conditions
ANDOVER, MA, July 24, 2007 - WSI Corporation, the leading weather information provider to business and government, today announced the acquisition of Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC), the world’s leading weather radar manufacturer. The two companies have been teaming to deliver advanced radar services to the US media market since January of this year.
