WSI has completed a major milestone in the certification
process for the company's industry-leading WSI InFlight cockpit
weather briefing system. The Federal Aviation Administration
issued a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the installation
of a WSI InFlight AV200 system into a Piper Saratoga (PA-32R-301).

For the fifth year in a row pilots
have chosen WSI's pre-flight briefing service, WSI Pilotbrief,
as the best weather service. The Pro Pilot PRASE award winners
are selected annually from Professional Pilot Magazine's reader
survey which is completed by over 7,000 pilots.

is a 7500 hour, Multi-engine ATP, Glider pilot with type ratings

When WSI approached him to participate in our WSI InFlight Founder’s
group, a select number of owners willing to shake down the system
before commercial release, he was more than willing to participate
but he was forthright with his intention to be brutally honest.
You see, Dick had a competitive data-link system already installed
and he was going to give us a side-by-side, blow-by-blow comparison.
