has launched its newest service in the award winning,
WSI Pilotbrief weather briefing kiosk line - WSI Pilotbrief
Pro. The latest from WSI features an interactive workspace
that allows pilots to view their route of flight with
their choice of WSI NOWrad, SIGMETs, AIRMETs and TFRs!
WSI Pilotbrief Pro retains the user interface that
you have come to count on and trust. All of the same
easy to use navigation from the WSI Pilotbrief system
is there. Enter the new realm of interactive briefings
with the 'My Briefing' tab located on the top navigation.
Enter your destination and departure airports and your
on your way to the most relevant weather briefing possible.
WSI includes low altitude preferred routes in a pick
list for your convenience and has a route building engine
with which you can enter your specific route of flight.
All Victor and Jet Airways are included in the database
as well as intersections and airspace boundaries. With
WSI you'll see exactly the conditions that will effect
your flight.
In a major breakthrough, WSI now offers a 5-minute
updated, 1 km resolution version of our industry leading
WSI NOWrad radar mosaic. This product is the most detailed,
accurate and timely compilation of the US NEXRAD weather
radar system available and is standard on the WSI Pilotbrief
Pro system.
