October 2003 was a month full of WSI InFlight display
partnership announcements. Three more certified display
manufacturers have committed to integrating the professional's
choice for aviation weather into their cockpit display
systems.
Sandel Avionics announced their intention to include
WSI InFlight on Sandel's line of situational awareness
products - look for a model-specifying announcement
in early February.
Chelton announced its plan to incorporate WSI InFlight
into the visionary FlightLogic EFIS at NBAA. Look for
system availability on the Chelton platform in the second
quarter of 2004.
Universal Avionics System's Universal Cockpit Display
(UCD) will also have WSI InFlight integration by the
close of the second quarter. The UCD was the first EFB
to achieve 'Level C' certification designed for use
in business jet aircraft.
WSI InFlight is the Standard in the Air! Look for more
display partner announcements in the coming year.
