Are you a WSI InFlight customer? Interested in furthering the cause of aviation safety and effective avionics design? If so, NASA would like your assistance. The NASA Aviation Weather Information (AWIN) program is conducting a series of research trails at the Langley Research Center utilizing pilots familiar with WSI InFlight. Here is your chance to directly participate in making flying safer as NASA is offering to fly participants into Hampton Virginia in order to perform tasks in the COWABUNGA (Characterization of Weather Acquisition by Users – Next Generation Applications) study.
More information on the COWABUNGA study can be found
online at:

If you have at least a Private Pilot certificate, are current, hold a valid medical certificate (any class), and have a Single-Engine Land rating, you might be eligible to participate Experiments are generally conducted during business hours. Participating volunteers are compensated for travel, per diem, and for their contribution to this research.
