LAS VEGAS, NV, October 12, 2004 — WSI Corporation and
Pilatus Business Aircraft, Ltd. today announce the availability
of WSI InFlight on the Pilatus PC-12 single engine business
turboprop. WSI’s award winning weather datalink system,
which delivers the highest quality, continuously updated WSI
NOWrad® U.S. 2 km weather radar mosaic, METARs, TAFs, EchoTops,
TFRs and Canadian Weather, will be offered as an Avionics Option,
bundled with a Garmin AT MX20 multifunction display. .
The first installation of WSI InFlight by Pilatus Business
Aircraft is underway at the Broomfield, CO completion center. “Pilatus
is a customer focused organization,” states Mike Rector,
Production Manager for Pilatus Business Aircraft. “We
decided to offer the WSI system at the request of this aircraft’s
owner, and many other customers.”
Pricing and Availability
The WSI InFlight avionics option for the Pilatus PC-12 is
available today. Pricing for the option on new aircraft
is dependent on panel configuration. PC-12 customers should
contact their Pilatus Sales Representative for more information.
