Marketing Manager - Andover, MA

Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Mark Miller; SVP/ General Manager Aviation

Location: Andover, MA

Description: The Marketing and Communication Manager will work within the aviation group to support effective execution of marketing practices across the streams of press collateral, social media, email distribution, web (internet and intranet) along with management and coordination of industry events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and increase brand awareness of WSI's aviation products and services through the use of print and online meida and attendance at industry events.
  • Maintain exhibit inventory, including a digital photo library.  
  • Coordinate the development of social and interactive media to drive awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Development team.
  • Work closely with Corporate Marketing and General Manager of Aviation to define messaging and marketing strategy.
  • Manage lead tracking to ensure follow up, monitor and report on success of leads
  • Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, ads, web content, and sales tools with input from marketing colleagues, subject matter experts, executives, sales, customers and partners.
  • Prepare and code vendor invoices and check requests and maintain budget expenditures.
  • Provide on-site management of high priority shows.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects.


  • 5 years of Marketing work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite a plus. 
  • Demonstrable experience in project management.
  • Availability to travel up to 10%
