When entering you usercode and password, make sure that you are entering both in lower case letters.

**If your usercode begins with the letter "p" and is followed by numbers, then it should be followed by 5 digits. Leading zeros are required. Make sure that you are not typing the letter "O" instead of a zero (0), or the letter "l" instead of the number one (1).

Exit and restart your browser, try and login again.
