Welcome to the WSI Pilotbrief™ and InFlight™ Service Change request form. If requesting a WSI Pilotbrief™ and InFlight™ service to be downgraded or canceled, please complete the required information below to ensure proper handling of your request. Incomplete or incorrect information will not be honored and the request will be rejected back to the individual submitting the form.

* The Billing Account Number can be found on the WSI invoice. Any variances of Account Number will be rejected back to submitter.

** Required only if you are changing a service plan for which WSI supplied the satellite receiver. The service ID is on the back of the satellite receiver.

*** Unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties, the Service identified for cancellation will be disconnected upon the later of (i) the contract end date, (ii) thirty (30) days after WSI’s receipt of the completed Service Change Form or (iii) the future requested date of cancellation.

If any Service requested for downgrade or cancellation will be replaced by a new WSI service, please make reference of this in the notes field.
